Tom Frisina has been an interactive entertainment entrepreneur for 30 years, including 13 years at Electronic Arts, where he founded EA Partners and served as its General Manager.
He is the former Chairman of thatgamecompany, developers of Journey, one of the top-selling games on PlayStation Network and the first downloadable game ever to win the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences award for Game of the Year.
Tom was also an Endowed Professor’s Chair for Interactive Media at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, underwritten by a grant from Electronic Arts.
With multiple successful start-ups under his belt, Kevin Segalla is a proven entrepreneur in the entertainment and digital media space.
Prior to founding Tilting Point, Kevin built a successful tv/film production company, founded and operated Connecticut Film Center – with multiple studio facilities, and built CFC Capital into a leading entertainment finance company. Kevin also formed an entertainment-focused real estate partnership, which includes such holdings as the world headquarters for NBC Sports Network, indoor sports facility Chelsea Piers CT, and the network production facilities for WWE. With CFC, Kevin completed early-stage investments in over a dozen companies in video games, digital media, and technology.
A specialist in building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships with leading independent game developers, Dan Sherman has structured and formed publishing agreements for over 30 games representing an aggregate of over $3 billion in revenue.
Prior to co-founding Tilting Point, Dan was a core member of the EA Partners business development team at Electronic Arts, where he negotiated partnerships with some of the world’s top game development studios, including Respawn, Harmonix, Insomniac, Id, and others, growing EA Partners annual revenue sevenfold to over $800 million. Game partnerships negotiated by Dan have resulted in 18 Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences award nominations and six wins, including Overall Game of the Year (Rock Band), 9 BAFTA nominations, including Best Original Property (Titanfall), and an Apple Design Award (Leo’s Fortune).
Samir El Agili is in charge of managing Tilting Point’s product portfolio, working with all of our development partners, and leading our internal product management, QA and analytics teams.
Samir was previously the vice president of production for the US and Latin America at Gameloft, where he managed six development studios. While at Gameloft, Samir founded four new studios and oversaw the development of hit mobile games including Spider-Man Unlimited, Cars: Fast as Lightning, Ice Age Village, The Oregon Trail: American Settler, Zombiewood, and many more.
Jim leverages 18 years of corporate and commercial legal practice and dealmaking for the benefit of Tilting Point and its developer partners and their intellectual property.
Previously, he was Senior Counsel at Zynga and Electronic Arts, where he was lead lawyer on a variety of partnerships for mobile, social, PC, and console games, including strategic licensing agreements and complex corporate transactions. He began his legal career in the mergers & acquisitions group at the Skadden, Arps firm in New York.
Asi leads on business development efforts at Tilting Point, as part of a collaboration with his consulting firm Power Play (which he runs together with Itzik Ben-Bassat).
He is a veteran of the videogame and tech industries (17+ years) and an award-winning game developer.
He is also the Chairman of the influential industry organization Games for Change (G4C), which produces the largest gaming event in NYC, and serves as the leading voice for videogames for social impact.
Mobile games industry veteran from Finland, Miikka has worked on mobile games since 2006 with over 16 mobile titles shipped to date.
Experienced with both development and publishing sides, prior to Tilting Point Miikka has worked in industry leading mobile game publishers such as Flaregames, Rovio, EA & PopCap.
With a focus on excellent end-to-end employment experience, Juliette helps find the best talent to join Tilting Point ranks, and guides talent strategy and culture development for the company.
Juliette has more than a decade of experience in hiring and employment law. Her previous experience includes talent acquisition and strategy in-house at Plated, Gameloft and McGlinchey Stafford law firm. She is also a certified Human Capital Strategist.
As a product professional, Inyang quickly built a reputation at some of the top F2P gaming companies such as Kabam, Playdom, and GREE. With +$200M of F2P revenue experience as a foundation, he developed a knack for guiding professional studios through the optimal business strategies, roadmaps, and systems design, helping them reach their full potential.
Inyang’s F2P experience has focused on midcore and core titles, including DragonSoul, Dragons of Atlantis, War of Nations, Edgeworld, Mobsters 2: Vendetta, and League of War: Mercenaries. Supervising Tilting Point’s midcore and core game division, Inyang brings a wealth of knowledge, techniques, and best practices to the partner studios.
Jonathan is a Game Designer at Tilting Point where he assists the product management team with game economy balancing, progression tuning, and feature design. Previously he was an intern at Gameloft where he worked on mission balancing and level design for the hit mobile game Spider-Man Unlimited.
Trevor is a veteran illustrator and artist with over ten years of experience in mobile games. In his prior role at Gameloft Trevor worked on a variety of hit games like The Oregon Trail, Cars: Fast as Lightning, Ice Age: Village and Spider-Man Unlimited.
Trevor helps Tilting Point’s developer partners by creating amazing key art, banners and interstitials while also advising creatively and strategically on app icons and overall art direction.
With Tilting Point since 2013, Scott has advised on the development and launch of Leo’s Fortune, Languinis, Beat Sports, Siege: Titan Wars, and many more.
Prior to Tilting Point, he worked in production and design at Area/Code and as a Senior Product Manager at Zynga, where he was responsible for feature design, analysis, and cross-promotion for free-to-play web and mobile games including FrontierVille, Hidden Chronicles, and the Draw Something franchise.
Andrew is a veteran of Gameloft’s New Orleans studio where he worked on games like Ice Age: Village and managed KPI analysis, game design, monetization strategy and community engagement.
Now Andrew helps Tilting Point’s developer partners observe mobile best practices, learn from soft launch data, and prepare for successful global launches and live operations.
A creative strategist who understands company’s needs to establish effective solutions, Will’s expertise has broad range. Solutions include creative production, social media and building out the lifecycle of a product’s marketing, including UA, ASO and brand campaigns in digital and traditional media across multiple channels.
William has helped guide countless titles to success in mobile and console gaming by overseeing Creative Direction of Marketing and User Acquisition campaigns. Some casual titles include Big Fish Casino, Bejeweled Blitz, Cascade, Fairway Solitaire Blast, Gummy Drop, King of the Course, Monopoly, Peggle 2, Plants vs. Zombies, Plants vs. Zombies 2, SimCity, and World Chef. He has also worked on more mid-core titles such as Dragon City, Dungeon Keeper, Dungeon Boss, Heroes of Dragon Age, Monster Legends and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.

At Tilting Point, Kyle works with developer partners to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies. From App Store Optimization to Influencer Marketing, Kyle helps independent game developers to find their players.
Before joining Tilting Point, Kyle has worked in marketing for Games for Change and Sphero.
Greg Lambert is a graduate of Boston College 2015 and previously worked with Fortune 500 executives as a financial consultant in Boston. Greg now works with us as a data analyst handling key performance reporting and creating informative dashboard solutions for the rest of the Tilting Point team.
Jean-Sebastien Laverge is a 12 year veteran of the mobile game industry with expertise in the development and live operation of free-to-play titles. Most recently, Jean-Sebastien held senior management roles at Gameloft where he was responsible for a portfolio of free-to-play games including Spider-Man Unlimited, Ice Age Village and the Asphalt series. During his time at Gameloft, Jean-Sebastien established many of the game systems used portfolio-wide to fuel triple-digit revenue growth.

Greg specializes in live operations at Tilting Point, using a data-driven approach to improve your game’s core metrics and maximize its overall performance in a competitive market.
Before leaping to mobile games, Greg worked in the online games industry in Asia and brings over best practices from the innovators of free-to-play gaming.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Binghamton University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. When he’s not running A/B tests, he’s playing RPGs and MOBAs.
Steve makes sure that games published with Tilting Point deploy smoothly, so they can achieve maximum success.
Steve began his QA before moving into production with a focus on mobile and free-to-play games. His prior experience includes over 10 years in games at Gameloft, SonicBoom, and FreshPlanet. Steve is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Leveraging over 15 years of multidisciplinary game dev experience, Miguel helps Tilting Point’s partners identify growth opportunities and move quickly to optimize their games’ engagement, retention, and monetization.
Miguel has helped drive the success of nearly a dozen AAA, social, and mobile game franchises, including Madden NFL, NASCAR Thunder, Rock Band, TNA Wrestling, The Vampire Diaries, SongPop, and Microsoft Jackpot. During a two-year stint outside the game industry, Miguel served as Director of Product and Analytics for SNAP Interactive, a publicly-traded provider of dating and video chat software.
Using the power of analytics and his extensive knowledge of free-to-play user acquisition, Matt’s goal is to find the right players for a game at the right price. By building custom UA tools and staying on the forefront of mobile marketing, Matt aims drive innovation in the field of growth marketing.
Prior to Tilting Point, Matt held positions running User Acquisition in the mobile dataing industry, as well as optimizing Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn campaigns for Fortune 2000 companies.
Jerome is an experienced games marketer with a brazen love for game design theory and a research driven approach to marketing practice.
Formerly the Marketing Director at RDA, an independent advertising agency, Jerome helped launch world-renowned games including Rock Band, BioShock, DmC Devil May Cry, Resident Evil: Revelations, Sid Meier’s Civilization V, and Dance Central.
At Tilting Point Jerome works with our developer partners on the strategy and execution of their marketing campaigns, helping with everything from art asset creation, to web design, and competitive research.
Hao wields Python and R as his weapons in his fight to help Tilting Point’s partners succeed by deriving insights from the massive amount of data generated by our games. He uses this data to predict user behavior through statistical and machine learning models.Before joining Tilting Point, Hao was working for Axtria, where he conducted large scale data analysis for clients like American Express, Novartis, and Sanofi.
Yuri has a diverse software engineering background and is responsible for all technical tasks across Tilting Point’s portfolio. He helps developer partners overcome common pitfalls, streamline processes, and take full advantage of a wide range of leading industry tools.
Before joining Tilting Point Yuri held senior engineering roles at Scopely, GSN and Caesars Interactive Entertainment, where he was involved with bringing mobile hits like The Walking Dead: Road to Survival, Wheel of Fortune, Skee-Ball Arcade, Mini Golf MatchUp and GSN Casino to market.
Yang is a passionate Game Maker who strives to build and bring to life successful and unique game experiences.
With 12 years’ experience in the industry, he has successfully taken on various key roles from Producer, Development Director, Studio GM, COO on both Console and Mobile platforms, having directly produced or managed more than 50 games on Mobile and 6 games on Console, within leading game companies such as Gameloft, EA, Kabam, around the globe.
Having also been through his own game development start-up adventure, Yang is a strong advocate and believer of BizzArt Games (Balance of Art influx & Business refinement).
